We are looking for a talented Senior Human Resource Coordinator to join our team for our location in Whitestown, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for managing employee eTime payroll timecards including employee attendance tracking for disciplinary tracking purposes.

  • The first line of contact for leadership teams and employees (350 workers) located at several distribution centers located in the U.S./Canada.

  • Guide employees to Cummins Business Services (CBS) for payroll and benefit shared services support.

  • Lead new hire non-exempt recruiting beginning with the iRecruit application process and on-site new hire on-boarding process.

  • Monitor Unum’s third-party database for employee claims associated with leave of absence (FMLA, Parental Leave, Worker's Compensation, etc.).

  • Coordinate communications between corporate group and employees reporting Covid-19 close contact and positive cases. Complete contact tracing via telephone when applicable.

  • Actively participate in weekly Kelly OCG staffing teleconferences with respective remote Site Leaders, Kelly OCG and contingent worker staffing vendors.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • A two-year university degree from an accredited program in a relevant field of study is a plus.

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft skills needed.

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Great overall communication skills.

  • Familiarity with payroll systems a plus.

  • Employee personnel file maintenance.

  • This role will require up to 10% U.S. domestic travel, No weekend travel.

  • Pay range starting at $23.85/hr.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
