This is an exciting opportunity in White Hall, WV for a Customer Service Administrator. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Build quotes, work with customers, and manage work orders and their process.
Create the WOW for customer service and ensure technicians are utilizing the safety first attitude.
Consult with customers, as appropriate.Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting support.
Help coordinate technician training.
Maintain professional atmosphere.
Skills and Experience Required:
Customer service focused and ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment.
Embrace change while willing to train and develop others.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conflict resolution and ability to learn software and processes.
At least two years of customer service experience.
Work with basic electric and diesel engines preferred.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
