This is an exciting opportunity in Charleston, SC for a Customer Support Representative.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Provides support to all customers in order to establish and maintain a profitable relationship for both Cummins and the customer

  • Answers incoming customer phone calls

  • Assists walk-in parts and service customers

  • Collects payments from parts and service customer invoices

  • Works in the parts department to ensure inventory levels are correct

  • Inventory control and variance resolution

  • Control receiving and distribution of merchandise to assure inventory accuracy

  • Direct material/logistic functions related to shipping and receiving, warehousing, returned goods and material handling

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

Possesses detailed knowledge of retail and parts department operations

1 to 3 years customer service experience-Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)-Strong work ethic

Good problem solving and time management

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications:

Valid drivers license

High school diploma

Some college or tech school preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary commensurate with experience.
