We are looking for a talented V903 Machining Associate to join our team for our location in Seymour, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks, and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
Works with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Previous machining experience, computer comprehension, and basic math skills are a plus
The ability to use micrometers or calipers is a plus
Ability to work 3rdShift schedule, 10:54 pm - 7:24 am, Sunday - Friday with overtime based on the needs of the business.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
