This is an exciting opportunity in Rocky Mount, North Carolina for a Tool Change Technician.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Will work with engineers, maintenance and line technicians to troubleshoot tooling problems
Follow established tool change frequency and ensure that all tool changes are completed timely/accurately
Will be expected to follow machine/tool safety and safety procedures at all times
Must be able to perform basic tooling and equipment troubleshooting
Set-up and deliver tool assemblies to an established schedule to meet production demands
Read and understand blueprints
Perform preventative maintenance on tool assemblies
Use calipers, micrometers, height gages and other basic gages to audit tools/tooling assemblies
Knowledgeable in machine and tool safety
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Must pass all related testing
Ability to obtain and maintain powered vehicle license.
Must have a valid NC driver’s license
Experience in the operation of metal cutting machines is a plus

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience
