This is an exciting opportunity for IT Business Analyst Principal - #NC023 inWhitakers, North Carolina
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Work with application and technical experts on leading the solution design, definition, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the information systems.
Lead the effort to define and document what constitutes business success for large and complex initiatives within the organization.
Manage Solution Design and Implementation and assess proposed solutions in order to determine how closely they meet requirements and if they will deliver desired business outcomes.
Manage a group of analysts in performing functional and integration testing to elicit, analyze, gather, and document functional requirements across the five aspects (process, information, event, socio-political, and location), and assist in troubleshooting complex problems.
Review test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and lead testing of solutions to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements within the organization and across organizations.
Partner with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions, and to ensure solution design fits with business requirements and business direction.
Perform Requirements Analysis in order to understand requirements and trace them back to business goals and objectives, identify relationships and interdependencies, and to prioritize them based on their relative value, risk, difficulty of implementation, urgency, likelihood of success, and regulatory compliance.
Perform fit/gap analysis and work with cross functional teams by liasing between business and technology to translate tactical and strategic objectives into workable solutions and coordinate the remediation of deficiencies.
Plan the Business Analysis Approach to define system scopes and requirements and manage changes to the project scope or deliverables and maintain multiple design and technical documents.
Perform complex capacity planning and monitoring in multiple business and information technology functions and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that solutions are acceptable and scalable.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
Positions require aMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Management Information Systems, or related fieldandtwo years of experience as an IT Business or Systems Analyst, Consultant, Solutions Architect, or related position.
Alternatively, the employer will accept aBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Management Information Systems, or related field and five years of experience as an IT Business or Systems Analyst, Consultant, Solutions Architect, or related position.
JOB SITE: Whitakers, North Carolina
WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus.
