Process Manager - 3rd Shift
Description
We are looking for a talented Process Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Chareslton, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.
Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
Coaches and mentors team members.
Identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
This role will be based on 3rd shift in manufacturing plant
Leading by example by promoting a safety culture, making safety a priority for everyone
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience as a direct supervisor in manufacturing
Experience in 5S preferred
Experience in lean manufacturing tools, problem solving tools preferred
Self motivated and resilient

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $73,600 - $110,400. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
