This is an exciting opportunity in Neillsville, WI for a Material Handler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory, quantity, location, etc

  • Sustain and improve an accurate shipping and accurate inventory culture

  • Must support 5S and continuous improvement culture

  • Ability and willingness to work receiving, line-stocking, & shipping is required for this position. This role will have responsibilities in all three of these areas for some portion of the job depending on the needs of the shift and day.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Must be a quick learner

  • Must be very adaptive to change and be an active change agent

  • Understanding of Inventory Controls, Procedures & Policies helpful

  • Must be motivated and self-driven

  • Must be willing to learn Oracle and SOMS shipping programs and additional supporting software and equipment

Education & Experience:

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must have lift truck experience and be proficient in lift truck operation

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
