This is an exciting opportunity in Nashville, TN for a HRIS Support Coordinator. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Coordinatewith others to support operations and attend customers’ requests logged throughthe service management system.

  • Assist inbasic system configurations and performs data mass updates.

  • Participateas tester for reporting, system enhancements, patches and fixes. Maintaindocumentation of own test results and issue logs to report back to testingmanager.

  • Assistwith documentation of business processes flows, work instructions and otherinstructional videos and similar materials.

  • Coordinateand assist with system training enrollments, materials, delivery andmaintenance of Confidentiality Agreements.

  • Supportteammates on resources needed to deliver HR software training sessions.

  • Assist onelaboration and distribution of communications throughout several channels(SharePoint, Mail, In-Person, etc.)

  • Assist onrecurring calls and open sessions with the HR Updaters community for theRegion.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

Skills

  • Strongcomputer skills including advanced use of Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Effectivelymanage confidential information.

  • Needanalytical skills and be able to take proactive approach in common problemsolving in the daily work.

  • Attentionto detail to ensure data integrity.

  • Deal wellwith ambiguity.

  • Work in ateam environment.

  • Strongoral and written communication skills, as well as strong customer serviceapproach.

Experience

  • One ormore years of prior experience working with HR & Benefits businessprocesses and systems is preferred.

  • Experiencewith documentation management processes a plus.

  • Experiencewith user service management systems a plus.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’sdegree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
