We are looking for a talented Financial & OpEx Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance Function for our Corporate Organization in Nashville, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers.

  • Support the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.

  • Prepare analyses and reports for department managers.

  • Work with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.

  • Support month end close.

  • Prepare and consolidates financial data.

  • Prepare statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.

  • Execute special projects as assigned.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

  • Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

  • Support month end balance sheet trend analysis

  • Perform reconciliation analysis and drive control improvements

  • Oversee Operational Excellence projects across service lines

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
