Cummins Filtration is a global power leader that designs, manufactures, and sells air, fuel, hydraulic and lube filtration, as well as chemical technology products for diesel and gas-powered equipment through its network in over 190 countries and territories worldwide.
As the Executive Administrative Associate based in Nashville, TN you will act as an extension of senior management providing executive level administrative support ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to stakeholders, senior management, and external parties.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Anticipating the needs of senior management and managing his/her schedules/calendar
Arranging and coordinating travel arrangements (domestic & global) across multiple time zones including expense reports and visa/passport & other required documentation (e.g. Covid) requirements
Writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests supporting 3-4 executive leaders
Arranging and attending meetings, recording, and distributing minutes
Facilitating smooth communications between senior management with coworkers, and external parties such as media, customers, vendors, and the public.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of management records and files.
Monitor, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets.
Report required information on a regular basis as assigned (e.g. monthly). Consolidate & distribute reports on an ad-hoc basis under limited supervision
Act as formal resource for colleagues with less experience.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
5 years minimum of Executive Admin experience including:
Support of C-level executive
Industrial business, multi-site manufacturing experience
Multi-country, cross functional in scope (scale 4000 global staff)
Providing email communications on behalf of executive leadership
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education (or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations). Bachelor’s degree preferred
Successful balancing/managing wide ranging priorities
Effective Communicator - strong attention to detail & ability to proof-read
Savvy with Microsoft Programs (MS PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Concur Travel scheduling and Organizational Charting (VISIO programs).
Notary License is preferred
M&A experience preferred
Must be local to Nashville TN or willing to relocate there
