Diversity Sourcing Project Manager
Description
We are looking for a talented Diversity Sourcing Project Manager to join our team specializing in project management for our Corporate Human Resources team from your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Collaborates with Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to identify short-term and long-term programs to improve the identification, attraction, and engagement of diverse experienced-hire talent from the external market.
Leads multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; designs project plan; and tracks performance against milestones and performance goals.
Identifies and manages a relevant supply base of competitive and innovative organizations that support the attraction, sourcing, and recruiting of diverse experienced-hire talent from the external market; builds strong relationships with key suppliers; serves as primary contact for issue resolution with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Builds meaningful partnerships with business and talent acquisition leaders to innovate, standardize and scale efforts to attract a highly qualified, broadly diverse workforce.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, University, or Equivalent degree is required; project management and/or six sigma certification is preferred
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in cross-functional talent acquisition Project Management is required; record of successfully leading exempt, hourly, and alternative entry hiring projects/programs is preferred
Strong strategic supplier relationship management experience is required; experience managing a comprehensive portfolio of external diversity sourcing suppliers is preferred
Experience leading the planning and execution of virtual and on-site recruiting and sourcing events is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
