We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our EBU VPI team for our location in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assist in the management of document review databases.

  • Coordinate document review, notarization and other formality requirements as necessary.

  • Provide status updates and escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Coordinate couriers for delivery of legal paperwork.

  • Draft correspondence, under the supervision of attorneys or other paraprofessionals.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Must have high demonstrated computer skills using: Microsoft word, excel, One Drive, One Note, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Must have experience handling confidential, sensitive and discrete information.

  • Previous experience reporting to (worked for) C-suite professionals (CEO, CFO, General Counsel) is strongly preferred

  • An experienced, calm, leaning introverted and highly organized candidate who can work in a very high stress job is preferred

  • This is a Hybrid Remote position: M - F, 7 AM - 4 PM (Flexible)

  • The candidate must be located in Nashville, TN and will be required to be in the office three days a week.

  • Pay starting at $31/HR or higher, based on experience level

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
