This is an exciting opportunity in Nashville, TN for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Plan, schedule and supervise the work of an Accounts Receivable team within the established accounting policies of the corporation.

  • Coach and mentor Accounts Receivable Clerks; assign work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assess performance and provide feedback to direct reports.

  • Monitor the collection process and negotiations with past due accounts.

  • Prepare reports on receivables, receipts and account balances.

  • Recommend changes in methods and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable unit.

Experience

  • Atleast three years of relevant professional work experience in the field ofstudy required.

  • Atleast two years of team supervisory experience.

Education,Licenses or Certifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent related work experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
