This is an exciting opportunity in Mineral Points, Wisconsin for an HR Coordinator.
Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading engineering projects such as New Product Development, Value Package Introduction and Systems Product Validation.
Ensures the delivery of Human Resources strategies that support Cummins’ business objectives and strategies by providing services aimed at enabling the right environment, reinforcing our mission, vision and values, and providing timely and effective services to all those we support.

§ 2 years’ experience working in a similar position preferred
§ High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
§ Associate Degree and/ or Certifications in HR a plus
§ Recruiting experience a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
