Administrative Assistant – Logistics
Support the Logistics Director and facility teams with administrative work
Manage 3PL and other Cummins contingent workers system access (WWID, Red Prairie, VPN, etc.)
Actively support key administrative functions (Outlook calendar, Ariba entries, Concur entries and reconciliation, travel scheduling, etc.) for the Logistics Director
Create weekly key measure reports
Create monthly distributor CDS measures
Submit quarterly disbursement for Corporate Responsibility
Process and track all purchase orders, credit card, and store spending and perform reconciliation of invoices
Settle disputes on Stores, Credit Card & PO purchases
Support the sites scorecards
Schedule pertinent facility meetings and generate correspondences
Manage CSE WOW card process
Manage the canteen vendor, facilities supplies, and promotional gifts
Manage the functionally of the mail room and printer setup, etc.
Manage multiple issues at one time
Communicate effectively with all teams at the facility
Interface and communicate with internal and external customers
Direct people to appropriate resources
Research solutions and respond to email and phone inquiries with minimal input from direct supervisor
Interact effectively with all levels of employees in the company
Maintain housekeeping and safety in work areas
Maintain confidentiality as required
Complete work with minimal supervision
Responsible to know, understand and comply with all departmental, site, and company policies and procedures
Participate in training and personal development; Train other department personnel.
Actively lead / participate as needed in continuous improvement initiatives that improves safety, cost, quality, and delivery
Work flexible hours as needed to support any shift
Complete other duties as assigned
Strong computer software skills required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Minitab, Project, Internet Explorer & Outlook)
Basic office skills required (scheduling meetings, composing reports & memos, developing presentations, etc.)
