Pay Range - $18.85 - $28.87 hr. / Depending on experience.

We are looking for a talented Quick Rack Operator - Engine Test to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Jamestown, NY
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Creates and executes plans for completing regular and irregular PM's on time and in calibration with off shift counter parts.
Completes quick rack repairs with skill and proficiency to allow for timely turnaround.
Stay up to date with material usage, lead time, and inventory levels will working cross functionally to avoid shortages and issues.
Provides guidance and assistance to engine operators while using a team first mentality.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
