We are looking for a talented Final Parts Mounting Floater – 3 rd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing , Engine Bussiness Segment in James Town, NY

Performs nonproduction activities which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards.
Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Participates actively in the identification of ways in which to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.Must be able to work in a paint booth (chest x-ray) and receive a fork truck licence.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
