Description
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain - Manufacturing Engineer to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our Distribution Business Segment in Indianapolis, Indiana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manages the activities for a department including budgeting, resource planning, project management activities, and peer reviews for the purchase, and implementation of manufacturing integrated equipment, systems, and processes. Manages, coaches, and develops direct and indirect team members. Leads the process of working with outside suppliers.
Manages personnel in the Manufacturing Engineering Function related to departmental activities and performance standards.
Leads the development of departmental plans and deliverables.
Provides technical consultation, leadership, and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel and other functions.
Coaches and motivates direct and indirect team members, delegates work assignments, and leads change.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including capital, daily operations, and organization structure.
Provides technical inputs and direction for Manufacturing.
Leads the communications with all stakeholders.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor degree or higher, required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory and leadership experience, required.
Provides Manufacturing Engineering functional support to multiple MasterRebuild Center sites including budgeting, resource planning, project managementactivities, and peer reviews for the purchase, and implementation ofmanufacturing integrated equipment, systems, and processes. Manages, coaches,and develops direct and indirect team members.
Leads the process of workingwith outside suppliers/vendors Regional Operating team members and relevantsupport functions within the Manufacturing environment.
Manages critical Manufacturing Engineering activities and has functional responsibility related multi-site ME activities and performance standards.
Leads the development of both near and long-plans and deliverables related to site safety, efficiency and meeting strategic goals.
Provides technical consultation, leadership, and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel and other functions.
Coaches and motivates direct and indirect team members, delegates work assignments, and leads change.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including capital, daily operations, and organization structure. Provides technical inputs and direction for Manufacturing.
Leads the communications with all stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
