Legal Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a talented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team on our Corporate Legal team in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Delivery of administrative services and support to Attorneys and Paralegals
Provides administrative support by conducting research, proofreading, preparing reports & presentations, meeting planning, maintaining calendars, etc.
Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets
Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed
Performs other routine to complex administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Minimum level of education of an Associates Degree
Prior administrative experience that may include: maintaing calendars, event/meeting planning, working within tight deadlines, high volumn work environment, prior legal experince, etc.
Expert level in MS Office and additional computer skills such as electronic filing systems, internet searches, Sharepoint, etc
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
