FP&A Senior Analyst - PG


We are looking for a talented FP&A Senior Analyst - PG to join our Cummins Distribution Business Unit in

Indianapolis, Indiana, US (off Site)


  • Position may be worked from anywhere in U.S. or Canada; Relocation not required

The FP&A Senior Analyst Sits within the FP&A team that supports the CSSNA Power Generation business for North America

The FP& A Sr. Analyst is responsible for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsibilities with focus on Expense and Transformation (Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting); complete monthly and quarterly reporting requirements

  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting on expense items

  • Consolidate forecast

  • Maintain P&L File

  • Support Business Segment analysts with OPEX and transformation analysis requests


To be successful in this role you will need the following skills:

  • Advanced Excel to perform reporting, forecasting and variances analyses (use of formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, etc.) Excel skills will be assessed

  • Experience in Finance and Accounting (FP&A/PFR preferred) as well as experience in gathering data across systems and compiling into usable reporting.

  • Self-starter, critical thinking abilities as well as proven performance in managing multiple workstreams,

  • Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 3 years’ experience, MBA Preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
