Cummins Inc. Parts Advisor in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Fulfilling internal and external customer orders for engine and power generations supplies via the retail counter, shop counter or over the phone. Handling direct and detailed inquiries from internal customers in a knowledgeable, prompt and diplomatic manner.
Answer telephone calls and assist customers with parts orders
Set up orders, input orders into the system, print pick ticket and follow up as required

Creates, maintains and promotes a safe clean workplace
Minimum high school diploma
High volume call center experience preferred.
Must have good experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
