We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team specializing in performing troubleshooting, mechanical repairs and maintenance of equipment for our location in Cookeville, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests and maintains mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable.

  • Perform and document preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

  • Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.

  • Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.

  • Teamwork - Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.

  • Instructs and coaches others and acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

  • Have completed a 2 year or equivalent industrial maintenance program with certification

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical repairs

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC’s and programs

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
