We are looking for a talented XPC 2nd Shift Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Business Segment in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for coaching and managing performance for all 2nd shift team members, documented through the DWU quarterly review process

  • Coaching and mentoring Team Leaders and teams to meet key performance indicators, safety, quality, delivery, cost and OEE

  • Proper management of Time and Attendance protocols

  • Facilitation from shift to shift hand-off and daily production walks reporting out previous shift performance

  • Willingness to work weekend overtime to cover shift production

  • Prior experience with setting direction and leading teams is recommended

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

  • Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.

  • Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
