Technical Documentation Associate (Hourly) Columbus, Indiana

Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Documentation Associate to join our team in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $23.00 -$25.50/hour.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the team with documentation of meeting minutes, deficiency issues in the tracking tool as well as generate metrics from those tools.

  • Maintain training material and provide occasional training to new team members

  • Manage meeting logistics including: sending call for agenda requests, meeting invites, organization of agendas and maintaining distribution lists in Outlook

  • Answer users questions related to meetings or minutes (or point them to who can)

  • Update the team's SharePoint site as needed

  • Additional Qualifications: Basic familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with MATLAB is a plus. Familiarity with Integrity is a plus.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in documentation and control, engineering discipline or related field.
