We are looking for a talented Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance for a hybrid role based in Columbus Indiana and your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develops analytical tools, financial models, and dashboards to support decision making.

  • Designs and reviews reports and other analyses for Treasury leadership.

  • Performs daily operational activities for Treasury.

  • Performs forecast modeling and produces budgets as needed.

  • Provides analytical support for Treasury strategies.

  • Partners with banks and other service providers to provide support for Treasury activities.

  • Documents and/or reviews compliance with certain internal controls and provides financial and Sarbanes Oxley audit support.

  • Works closely with Corporate Accounting group as required on Treasury related activities.

  • Supports mergers and acquisition activity, due diligence, and integration as required.

  • Supports risk management, capital structure planning and financing activities.

  • Enhances policies and procedures to ensure proper controls for Treasury activities.

  • Identifies areas for improvement and develops processes to drive efficiencies in the Treasury function.

  • Executes special projects as assigned.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related subject required.

  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience required.

  • Experience leading global initiatives.

  • Experience across organizations and global regions preferred

  • FX, Commodity, IRS Settlement

  • Month-End Derivative Netting Process

  • Interest Rate Swap MTM reporting, account accruals

  • Intercompany Loan Pricing

  • Derivative SOX annual audits

  • FX & Commodity sensitivity analysis

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
