We are looking for a talented Product Application Engineer - Senior to join our team specializing in Engineering Function for our Corporate Organization in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for managing customer requirements. This includes:

  • Identifying suitable air-handling architectures to meet customer requirements

  • Clearly documenting customer requirements vs. CTT committed deliverables during the scoping process and throughout the VPI program

  • Managing gaps between customer requirements and CTT committed deliverables throughout the VPI program

  • Responsible for managing customer communications and crafting messages on customer sensitive topics.

  • Have an ability to lead and support product development and problem-solving activities within VPI and current product.

  • Apply in-depth product, application and market knowledge to support Original Equipment Manufacture product selection and equipment designTranslates customer needs and "voice of the customer" into functional product requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Prior entry level engineering equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required. Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred

  • Developing relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Providing on-site support of critical engine integration activities

  • Completing customer engineering swim lane activities on VPI/VPC projects

  • Ensuring the customer installation and application meets CTT guidelines

  • Analyzing and consolidating customer data to present findings and recommendations to wider engineering teams

  • Proactively participating as a key contributor to the account team for overall account success.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
