We are looking for a talented Global IBP Leader and Chief of Staff to join our team.

  • Provides overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process and activities across all planning areas for a small to mid-size business, business segment, or line of business. Leads the design and improvement of IBP Reviews and related activities for the business, ensuring functional excellence and long-term effectiveness of the IBP process. Leads (as Facilitator) the monthly Integrated Optimization (IO) process and IO Review. Leads (as Facilitator) the monthly Management Business Review (MBR).

  • Supports the IBP Program Leader actively leading the IO step to deliver business results.

  • Develops and implemenst standard processes and routines through the month with a focus on measures and processes (ensure whole IBP process is scheduled throughout the year).

  • Ensures the process delivers business value with reference to assumptions, the Strategy, Business Plan and Annual Plans to determine gaps and actions.

  • Integrates company-wide projects, business results, issues, and resource requirements through IO, ensuring linkages are established and not undermined.

  • Deploys the IBP Policy on behalf of the Business Leader, ensuring IBP is the primary process for managing the business, with old elements removed e.g. redundant meetings.

  • Designs and develops the monthly pack for the Management Business Review and ensures it is compelling and effective in focusing on key issues and delivering robust proposals.

  • Ensures the links to Demand, Product and Supply Chain teams, enabling discussions and sharing of information.

  • Provides leadership to orchestrate process and drive issue resolution at all levels.

  • Helps to close gaps by providing appropriate challenge and insight.

  • Attends reviews on a regular basis to critique and coaches the content.

  • Assists in the development of the business strategy and business plans.

  • Maintains overall IBP process integrity and drive continuous improvement to achieve capability within the process.

  • Effectively on-boards key, new people into the process, ensuring they are educated appropriately.

  • Attends reviews on a regular basis to critique and coach the content, process and behaviors.

  • Provides coaching and mentoring, and encourages decision making at the appropriate level.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

  • Green Belt certification preferred.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience required, including budgetary experience.

  • Broad business knowledge required.

  • Chief of staff as the additional unique responsibilities.

  • Manage the SC & Quality Staff meeting schedule, including scheduling meeting content and agenda

  • Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization.

  • Assist team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on IBP meetings

  • Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance as well as assign and track action items

  • Track Progress the TE journey for the team.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
