Electronic System - Power Electronics H/W Technical Specialist

Description

We are looking for a talented Electronic System – Power Electronics H/W Technical Specialist to join our team specializing in Engineering for our New Power Business Segment in Columbus IN / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • The person in this position will be very critical to the development of the controls hardware for the invertor systems and other new electronic products in the future

  • This position will serve as the lead controls hardware engineer and group leader and will have other engineers reporting to them

  • Will assure that from a hardware standpoint that there is robust design and testing of products that can be taken to production

  • Oversee internal engineering processes of the electronical elements of the controls systems used for various company platforms

  • Aide in designed of electrical systems that able to be manufactured and robust enough to take to the field

  • Will design circuit schematics for all controller hardware for electronic products

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College or University degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is highly preferred

  • Must have at least 5 years in related engineering experience

  • High level of electronics and controls systems knowledge and experience is required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
