We are looking for a talented Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our team specializing in Cummins Aftertreatment Electronic Hardware for our Components Business Unit, Cummins Emissions Solutions in Columbus, IN / Commons Office Building

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Development and integrate electronic hardware for Cummins aftertreatment systems including wire harnesses, control modules, actuators, and sensors.

  • Maintain current product electronic hardware component portfolio – Quality Mindset

  • Contributor to design and integration of safe electronic component and electronic systems into Cummins Aftertreatment systems globally

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related technical disciplines is required.

  • Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent Controls development or support experience in a relevant product area

  • Demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making to consistently achieve results.

  • Experience managing ambiguity to consistently achieve results that keep the organization moving forward

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
