Dosing Systems Integration Leader
We are looking for a talented Dosing Systems Integration Leader to join our team. This role is based in Columbus, IN, and offers a hybrid schedule. The candidate will be expected to report to the work site two days a week, or as needed.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Coordinating and provide DEF subsystem integration solutions to On and Off Hwy applications
Engaging and guiding global teams in India and China with DEF sub systems integration
Gathering requirements from stakeholders to define and executing methods to develop boundary for DEF dosing systems within which their capability is completely validated and understood
Providing ways to eliminate duplication and minimize cost of validation
Obtaining input and negotiates Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) with stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivering an optimized subsystem-based analytical and experimental verification plan to the program or project team
Making decisions in the areas of verification and validation that impact product performance, reliability, and durability
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area
A demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
