Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Creates and implement a new diversity recruitment strategy for professional/experienced professional conferences.
Partners with Functional Talent Management to create a professional recruitment process across CMI that includes getting a diverse pipeline of talent through the hiring process quickly.
Collaborates with Collegiate Diversity Recruiter to develop professional recruiting strategy at the National Diversity Society conferences.
Develops and improves relationships with current and new diversity organizations and partnerships; manage relationships with Professional external diversity organizations and influencers.
Partners with the Recruiting Operations, Corporate Diversity & Inclusion, Employment Branding, and Corporate communications on social media and communications strategy for Professional/Experienced Professional Conferences.
Partner with Professional Recruiting Lead to ensure clear communication with candidates, CMI HR, and CMI Hiring Managers are aligned on professional recruitment process.
Identifies, evaluate and present new recruitment sources that will generate quality and diverse applicants on an ongoing basis.
Conducts analysis, assesses results, and identifies areas of opportunity and change for professional recruiting initiatives. Use this data to evaluate and report out on source effectiveness, trends, and process improvements to recruiting leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensures forecast is accurate for professional conferences and additional professional sourcing opportunities through the year and around AOP cycle.
Manages the recruitment process and teams responsible for company recruiting efforts. Has oversight to the adherence with legal and Cummins requirements related to the recruitment process.
Partners with recruiting leadership, line human resources, shared services, and business leadership to define and align recruiting strategies, policies and services with overall business goals; provides policy interpretation for line human resources, shared services and third-party providers.
Leads the development, delivery and change management of recruiting processes, policies, tools, and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative requirements and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures.
Establishes and analyzes metrics in order to develop continuous improvement initiatives for recruiting processes and tools.
Defines and develops various sources of applicant pools to fulfill staffing needs.
Leads the job offer management and communication process.
Establishes relationships with and may participate in local and off-site recruiting related functions as part of the recruiting efforts.
Oversees and monitors adherence to all governmental regulations in the pre-screening and post-employment process.
Maintains a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to recruiting; drives adherence to all governmental regulations throughout the recruiting process; collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.
Ensures Cummins’ employment brand is reflected in all recruiting communications and technology, including recruitment advertising in all types of media.
Collaborates with hiring managers and other key stakeholders in the recruiting process.
Coaches and mentors recruiters and recruiting teams; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
External Talent Sourcing - Identifies and applies appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage diverse talent in the external market.
Candidate Assessment and Selection - Defines qualification requirements and selection criteria for open positions using Cummins tools; employs objective selection processes that meet compliance requirements; assesses, evaluates and selects candidates against pre-determined job specific and Cummins common criteria; communicates openly with candidate and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
Employee Relations - Builds constructive relationships with employees and other stakeholders; reinforces consistent application of Cummins standards applies knowledge of employment and labor law; effectively manages conflict; builds and maintains a collaborative, productive work environment through information sharing and consultation.
Data Analytics - Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.
Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with business leaders in applying business and Human Resources functional knowledge to interpret the business environment, identifies and prioritizes current and future problems requiring solutions; structures clear problem statements, breaking down issues into smaller, meaningful and manageable components that when addressed, provide a holistic solution.
Human Resources Business Process Execution - Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs.
Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Decision quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

Ten years of HR experience with minimum three years in a similar role.
Experience in managing/ implementing diversity recruiting programs.
Strong knowledge of diversity sourcing channels and strategy.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
