We are looking for a talented Data Engineer Delivery Lead (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Data & Analytics for our Advance Analytics & Artificial Intelligence department in Columbus, IN your home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leading a team to deliver multiple programs in Data & Analytics space ensuring process, standards, quality, KPI and cost.

  • Manage wide stakeholders, identify risk & issue on time and lead to resolution.

  • Proven Architecture and design experience in Big Data open source tools including but not limited to Java, Map-Reduce, SPARK, HBase, Hive, Kafka, ODBC and SQL query language.

  • Experienced in developing applications requiring large file movement for a Cloud-based environment and other data extraction tools and methods from a variety of sources.

  • A self-starter and have extensive and significant work experience in Big Data, BI and Analytics and Data Management areas.

  • Expertise in internal audits and governance to ensure processes and standards are being followed successfully is beneficial to this role.

  • Proven design and development experience in clustered compute cloud-based implementation experience.

  • Analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and/or data regulations.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience- required.

  • Excellent communication skills- required.

  • Aptitude and willingness to learn newer technology- preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent degree or equivalent work experience in relevant technical discipline- required.

  • Experience in Scala, Python, R, SQL Query languages- preferred.

  • Experience in Agile/SAFe- preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
