We are looking for a talented Executive Administrative Associate-Specialist to join our team for our location in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Correspondence preparation:

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Management of Executive’s Email – Respond, organize, and escalate as needed.

  • Meeting and calendar management: Executive administrators manage their executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, operate audio-visual systems during meetings, record minutes and ensure that meetings don’t exceed time limits.

  • Business Travel preparation: Administrators schedule flights, make hotel reservations and coordinate out-of-town meetings for their supervisor. International and complex travel experience is a must.

  • Event management: Executive administrators may also be required to schedule events, conferences, dinners and executive team retreats.

  • Other tasks:

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational skills.

  • Exercise initiative and independent judgment.

  • Deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities in situations using sound judgment.

  • Work confidentially with discretion.

  • Work independently with little direction.

  • Occasionally work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

  • Previous Executive Admin Assistant experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experienced with MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Experience with Calendar Management

  • Must have a strong attention to detail.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be Self-driven and adaptable, with strong Time Management and Prioritization skills

  • Must be able to successfully function as a member of a team and work cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

  • This is a Hybrid Remote position: M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible), 3-4 days in office (Based on the needs of leadership).

  • Pay starting at $26.50/HR or higher, based on experience level.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
