We are looking for a talented Aftermarket Marketing Planning Manager to join our team specializing in marketing for our New Power Business Unit in hybrid role working from our office in Columbus Indiana and your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Aftermarket Market Insights:
Lead the maintenance and content curation of the Aftermarket Market (AM) Insights page and reports
Partner with Corporate MI and BU MI teams to ensure market insights used are consistent
Disseminate the most recent insights relevant to the AM with key stakeholders and groups within the larger AM organization
Liaison for vendors of aftermarket data, manage communications/interactions with the business
Develop a process funnel of all relevant market insights from multiple sources into various business planning processes
Components and NPBU Demand Planning:
Lead the IBP demand planning work for CTT (Holset) channel
Lead the preparation and delivery of the content of demand forecast in NRP IBP demand reviews
Support with demand forecasting activities for broader Components business AM needs, NPBU AM needs, and other new business requests
Collaborate with NRP M&S global teams to identify business growth opportunities
Ensure a meaningful demand-supply and demand-finance hand-off from the approved demand plan
Collaborate with COM teams and supply planning teams to drive cohesive business plan for the After Market (NRP) organization
Support part level/part-family level forecasting requests as needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelors or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related subject required
MBA or equivalent degree highly preferred
Minimum of Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
5 years in strategy, business, marketing, or market research
Market intelligence experience highly preferred
Business knowledge preferred

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
