Administrative Associate (Hourly) (Sourcing & Supply)- Columbus, Indiana

Description

We are looking for a talented Admin Associate to join our team in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $23.00 -$25.50/hour.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Note: has dual reporting structure to both supply continuity leader and emissions sourcing leader

  • Manages meeting coordination, planning, and scheduling for Emissions category strategic suppliers

  • Manages calendar for emissions sourcing leader and supply continuity leader

  • Manages travel, expense report, and general administrative tasks for both leaders and their team

  • Able to learn org structure and help prioritize needs amongst competing requests - Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing

  • Gathers, compiles, verifies and analyses information for management' use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations and news releases.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
