Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a customer's experience for the following in either an "In Shop" or "Mobile" environment:

  • Manages the work order, including customer contact during the diagnostic, quoting, repair and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.

  • Builds the claim header in the work order and processes claim.

  • Conveys parts needs by name or P/N to the Parts Professional on the shop floor.

  • Ensures that all applicable SRTs are build in the job plan.

  • Understands BMS measures.

  • Actively involved in service center marketing and up selling.

  • Acts as a technical advisor to direct a technician to the technical information.

  • Performs other service related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)

Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

Strong work ethic

Good problem solving and time management skills

1-3 years customer service experience

Industry experience preferred

Parts and Service experience preferred

Valid Driver License

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college or tech school preferred
