This is an exciting opportunity in Charlotte, NC for an Office Facilitator. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Performs a full range of administrative duties to support the operations of the company.
Reporting to the Vice President – Finance, performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
Maintains the smooth and orderly functioning of the office environment, works with the appropriate personnel to endure the safety and comfort of employees and visitors.
Serves as primary telephone receptionist for building. Maintains and distributes as appropriate telephone and branch location directories. Backs up lobby receptionist.
Resolves routine and complex inquiries posed by callers in a friendly and professional manner.
Facilitates meetings (both external and internal) being held at the facility, to include setup, catering and AV provisioning.
Plans and executes regularly scheduled employee events for location.
Prepares correspondence and reports, as requested, using Microsoft Office applications.
Coordinates scheduling of meeting space in building.
Maintains fleet of pool cars, to include scheduling and arranging for cleaning and maintenance.
Assists with travel arrangements when requested.
Maintains and reconciles corporate credit cards in accordance with company policy.
Reconciles and prepares expense reports for self and others.
Orders office supplies, including business cards and other stationery, and maintains common stock for location.
Responds to deaths and births in employees’ families in appropriate manner through emails and flowers.

Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative support experience.
Work on assignments with limited supervision and with minimal direction.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree or some college preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
