Currently, we are recruiting for a Second Shift Coordinator for our Service Center in Charlotte, NC. This position will be responsible for coordinating the efforts (supervising ) of the shipping, receiving, inspecting ,storage, and shipping of all parts , engines and supplies.

Pick, pack and ship requested materials as ordered in support of the daily operations

Cycle count specific product on a daily basis and or reconciles, using BMS, the counts of others to ensure the integrity of our inventory .

Processes claims with the LTL carriers for any noted damage and coordinates with the repairing location for completeness and resolution.

Coordinates with the Branch personnel and drivers for branch truck deliveries and or any exceptions to the normal scheduled.

Coordinates the daily efforts of those involved within the D/C and communicates issues and changes as determined necessary.

Sort and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to pre-determined location or space required adjustments.

Ensure clean work area.

Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Education: High School diploma / GED or relevant experience for the position

Experience: 6 plus months of experience in Warehouse Operations and the ability to operate forklifts.

Other Requirements: Six months to a year proven parts handling experience.
