Description

We are looking for a talentedService Advisorto join ourteam supporting ourSales and Service branch located in Bristol, PA.

In this role, youwillmake an impactin the following ways:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customersbyphone, email,and face-to-face interactions atthe branch, developing positive relationships with key customers

  • Identifycustomer’s needs, gathers pertinent information, provides quotes, develops claims, prepares repair plans and provides status updatesto customers on repair work.

  • Create complex work ordersincludingdiagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability; reviewsplanwith the Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact.

  • Reviewworkorders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty.

  • Complete required training on a timely basis.

  • Adhere to all our relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Excellent customer service skillsand the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner.

  • Priorexperience inservice& repair,orwarrantyrelated fieldpreferred.

  • Excellent computer skillsusing multiple software platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
