Warehouse Operator


We are looking for a talented warehouse operator to join our team specializing in our distribution business in Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse

  • Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

  • Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery

  • Perform cycle counts, prepare bills of lading, and use computer software

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Forklift certified

  • Experience in shipping and receiving

  • Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

The Warehouse Operator- Dealer Returns is responsible for detailed physical review of parts that were returned from customers. This involves confirming the quantity and description of each part are correct and that the parts do not show signs of damage, rust, or missing components (using provided blueprints). The ideal candidate for this role will be skilled at driving sit-down forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and comfortable with basic computer work (including Outlook).

Other responsibilities include:

  • Pick, pack and ship of orders

  • Inventory counts

  • Safely operating all equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, tools, etc)

  • Maintaining a clean work environment

  • Communicating with customers about rejected parts and arranging their transportation back to the customer
