Customer Service Representative L2
Handle emergency and stock orders for Cummins and Onan parts and allied products.
Process orders and control branch inventory of Cummins products.
Compile shipping information for orders from central warehouse and regional distribution centers.
Supply technical data on Cummins and Onan parts to customers, dealers, and branches.
Issue dealer core credits.
Issue purchase orders to vendors for various materials as needed.
Process and maintain various files.
Must be available for call-out duties when assigned.
Use suggestive selling techniques for all Cummins, Onan, and allied products.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic knowledge of parts preferred.
Proficient in data entry. Familiarity with BMS or order management software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum one-year (Cummins) parts and customer service experience preferred.
Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide an elevated level of service for internal and external customers.
Must comply with safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.
