Key Responsibilities:

DUTIES:

  • Performbusiness planning and strategic analysis at an advanced level in a wide rangeof situations with a broad business knowledge.

  • Createand manage a cross-functional/organizational supply chain project issues andproject list, with appropriate prioritization based on the issue's level ofimportance.

  • Driveappropriate and timely resolution and approval of changes to the project plan.

  • Leadcomplex or large project teams in the development of a project FMEA and/or9-box project risk summary, and identify and manage the actions to mitigate therisk.

  • Usequality tools to identify areas of risk.

  • Identify,engage and manage stakeholders at many levels of the company and across manyfunctions and across boundaries (geography/cultures/plants/suppliers) on highimpact, cross-functional or multi-year initiatives.

  • Useknowledge of regional elements (countries, transportation, customs,regulations, tax) to effectively stratify stakeholder needs and create andexecute communications plans to fit the unique needs of each type ofstakeholder.

  • Partnerwith business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.

  • Solicitand organize customer requirements (Voice of the Customer).

  • MonitorGlobal logistics and coordination, and track the status of projectdeliverables.

  • Usea Value Package Profile (VPP) or other appropriate scope-defining document, andproactively manage change.

  • Establishthe connections between multiple levels of scope detail in related additionaldocuments.

  • Facilitateproject planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope andobjectives of each project.

  • Performfeasibility needs analysis to determine project timelines.

  • Workwith business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; identifyproject milestones, and track performance against performance goals andtimeline.

  • Identify,track, and work with others to resolve project issues.

  • UseBusiness Intelligence tools and Data Management similar to OBIEE and TOAD tosupport both strategic and tactical decision-making processes.

  • Develop,manage, and coordinate cross-functional, cross-organizational Resource Plan fora portfolio, program, and/or project.

  • Monitorand communicate project status to project team.

  • Planand monitor project budget.

  • Conductresearch and analysis related to e-Commerce.

  • Provideinput into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

  • Workwith others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives orsolutions.

  • Maintainproject notes, databases, and other records. Monitor measures and communicatewith Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects andassignments.

  • Identifyand assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks.

  • Negotiatewith partners and suppliers.

  • UseMicrosoft suite to manage complex schedules integrating multiple sub-projects.

Experience and Education:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positionsrequire a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,Systems or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 3years of experience as a Supply Chain or Business Analyst or related position.

  • Alternatively,the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, Systems or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science,or related field and 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain or BusinessAnalyst or related position.

  • Voiceof the Customer

  • ScheduleManagement tools including Microsoft Suite

  • ResourcePlan Management

  • Logisticsand global coordination

  • SupplierNegotiations

  • BusinessIntelligence tools and Data Management similar to OBIEE and TOAD

  • regionalelements (countries, transportation, customs, regulations, tax)

JOB SITE: Walton, Kentucky

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation. Base salary commensurate with experience plus bonus.
