POSITION: Warranty Administrator, Eastern Canada Region


REPORTING TO: Lise Lefebvre, General Training Manager

FUNCTION: Warranty Administration of payments, credits & invoices


  • Verify and approve daily payments’ batches.

  • Credits processing including: verification of payments, research and adjustment of discrepancies, credits printing and mailing, follow-up on pending matters with our dealers.

  • Process manual adjustment credits/invoicing including research and verification.

  • Process CMI/CPG bill back invoices including claim research, inquiries, follow-up, coding to the correct accounts and invoice the dealers.

  • Run standard warranty data reports for dealers and interpret output.

  • Update labour rate for dealers.

  • Maintain dealer’s warranty files.

  • Set-up and delete dealers on BMS.

  • Conduct dealers warranty trainings

  • Liaison between dealers certification, training and dealers

  • Other duties as required.


  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong computer aptitude: Excel and Word are a must; BMS, IMS and Outlook are an asset.

  • Bilingual - English/French: an asset.

  • Experience: knowledge of the industry and corporate warranty claim payment systems and processes an asset.

  • Very important: Organized, attentive to details, good with numbers.

  • Customer service focus.

  • Team Player

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated professionalism.

  • Self-starter, demonstrated energy and enthusiasm.
