PMA Administrative Assistant
This is a cross-functional administrative support role for the Planned Maintenance Group and PowerCare national contracts team. The Planned Maintenance Administrator achieves Customer Support Excellence with accuracy in data, quoting and quickly responding
in a courteous manner to both internal and external customers.
Renewal of existing planned maintenance contracts.
Monitoring margins prior to renewals.
Processing terms and conditions to contract management.
Sends approved and completed contract documentation to Planned Maintenance Coordinator for BMS processing.
Review and evaluate bid documents to determine the correct scope of supply for the specific application.
Prepare professional quotations including a correct scope of supply and market relative pricing.
Follow up on quotations to influence the customer's purchasing decision toward Cummins, and document details of the end result
Prepare accurate and complete project documentation reflecting the scope of supply ordered by the customer
Maintain electronic bid board keeping track of bidding activity and schedules
Input customer and project data into sales software tools; update information to allow retrieval of accurate market information.
Proficiency in MS Office required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Cummins BMS Database and familiarization with Custom Reporting preferred.
Must be customer service oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate professional attitude at all times.
Must be organized, flexible, self-motivated and proactive.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
