This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, IN for a Staff Accountant.
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Responsiblefor reconciliation and adjustment of various general ledger accounts. Preparesrelated financial reports and statements.
Compiles,consolidates, and conducts basic analysis of accounting and financeinformation.
Assistswith the production of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
Makesaccounting adjustments through appropriate journal entries.
Assistswith monthly and annual account reconciliations and close activities.
Examinesa variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, internalaccuracy, and conformance with accounting standards.
Preparestables, charts, and other exhibits for reports.
Mayperform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member onmore complex projects.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Progresstoward Certified Public Accountant or similar certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary commensurate with experience.
