This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, IN for a Pricing & Sales Strategy Leader

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Integratethe views of Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Finance and SeniorManagement to be the Regional Voice of Sales Trends.

  • Supportthe Director Aftermarket Pricing and Sales Strategy and VP Aftermarket Supportin development and implementation of Sales Strategies.

  • Accurate,regular regional forecasting and planning of sales and margins by channel,market segment, customer, and product.

  • Defineand Implement standardized, structured Sales reporting and forecastingroutines.

  • Supportthe development and achievement of Sales Goals with high accuracy.

  • SupportSales and Customer committees that capture customer perspective and markettrends effecting business direction in the region

  • Proactiveidentification of Sales trends with Product Management, Sales and Marketing todevelop appropriate business plans

  • Workwith Dealer Channel Management, Product Management, Marketing and Sales to developstrategic initiatives to increase aftermarket sales opportunities.

  • Workwith Aftermarket Support, Parts Managers and Operation’s Leaders to improve TTSand OTC sales.

  • Bethe subject matter expert in the market dynamics affecting Sales

  • Participatein specification and design of future Sales Forecasting systems and processes.

Required Education, Experience, Licenses or Certifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or significant work experience is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline is highlypreferred.

  • Must have a minimum of 8 years of progressive and relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of Demand Planning or 4 years direct outsidesales experience preferred. Financialand Sales analysis skills a plus.

  • Six Sigma certification is a plus. Analytical skills required.

  • Experience in leading multi- functional teams in processdevelopment and implementation is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
