This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana for a Concierge. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.

The Concierge is responsible for execution and maintenance of all Front Desk services. This position elevates and supports Cummins business by pro-actively anticipating the needs of every person requesting services in the Indy DBU building. Specific needs will be met by offering solutions and personalizing delivery of services.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Providing a world class lobby experience

  • Guide guest groups throughout the building

  • Advise on local restaurants, lodging, transportation, directions and information on local attractions per the Preferred Neighbors list

  • Customize experiences to fit unique customers’ needs

  • Deliver basic understanding of Cummins global history, business and values

  • Collaborate monthly with other Concierge leaders in the community

  • Develop CMI protocol systems

  • Nurture relationships with Preferred Neighbors

  • Have knowledge and ability to perform all front of house tasks including but not limited to: bartending, wine service, dining room management, serving, busing, room set-up and tear-down, meeting room services

  • Have a working and practical knowledge of the cuisine of foreign cultures

  • Have a working and practical knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients

  • Assist in Hospitality dining room services and meeting room’s service as needed

  • 2-5 years relevant experience

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience . Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
