This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, IN for a Credit Analyst.
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Responsible for credit management and thepreparation of credit reporting, planning, and forecasting for an entity orregion within a business unit.
Prepares entity or region credit reporting,planning, and forecasting.
Analyzes credit exposures of an entity or regionof a business unit.
Understands trade finance and credit managementto support the business.
Performs credit-worthiness reviews on new andexisting accounts at the entity or region level in line with Corporate Policy,ensuring minimal risk to the business.
Supports the standardization of processes wherepossible within applicable entities across the business unit.
Develops and produces global reports to monitorAccounts Receivable performance against approved business unit credit limits.
Prepares metrics analysis and consolidated creditreporting for the entity or region, as well as ad hoc credit analysis andreports to the business unit.
Partners with sales/commercial function on keybusiness growth needs by providing credit/financial support.
Encourages cross business unit communication oncredit issues involving common customers within the region to develop riskmitigation strategies.
Coordinates effectively with transactionalshared services provider (CBS) in terms of Accounts Receivables.
Supports the implementation of Corporate CreditPolicies and audit compliance against them.
Leads special projects to improve AR creditsystems, reporting and processes.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in BusinessAdministration in Accounting, Finance, Economics orrelated subject required.
Progress toward financialcertification is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary commensurate with experience.
