This is an exciting opportunity based in Braintree, MA (Boston area) for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Leadshuman resources business processes for a moderately complex organization ormultiple functions. Responsible for the improvement, deployment andeffectiveness of a broad range of Human Resources processes across the businessor functional organization. Ensures compliance with legislative requirementsand adherence with human resources policies and processes. Partners withmanagers and employees to resolve issues and concerns.

  • Providesstaffing and recruiting support, evaluates structure, job design and headcountforecasting, and other people data analysis; implements tactics to select andmaintain a diverse workforce.

  • Resolvesconflicts and provides coaching and counseling on human resources matters forindividuals or groups within a defined organization or function.

  • Leadsperformance management activities, including employee development planning.

  • Ensuresthe accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resourcesinformation systems.

  • Facilitatescompensation process and benefits administration by partnering with sharedservices and corporate human resources; develops and implements workforcecompensation recommendations.

  • Conductsand documents investigations for business areas or corporate functional areas.

  • Managesadministration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures;advises organizational and functional leadership on compliance with keylegislative requirements.

  • Leadstraining needs assessments and participates in training activities and specialprojects.

  • Participatesin initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of human resourcesprocesses; leads specific improvement initiatives.

  • Createsemployment contracts as required by local law or practice.

  • Coachesand mentors less experienced human resources generalists.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in BusinessAdministration or related field is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources as a BusinessPartner experience is required.

  • Experience providing HR support for multiple locations ishighly preferred.

  • Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time.

  • Must be willing to relocate and work onsite in ourBraintree, MA office (Boston area)

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
